About the Role
The Sponsorships Coordinator will play a key role in driving the strategic direction and execution of DaBella’s partnerships. This role manages sponsorships from research and contract negotiation to campaign development, activation, and ROI measurement. The position also provides direct support to the Chief Market Development Officer while overseeing critical partnerships with industry leaders, professional sports organizations, and marketing agencies.
Location: Austin, TX
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of sponsorships, including opportunity analysis, contract execution, strategic planning, activation, and year-end reporting.
- Lead cross-departmental teams (Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Canvass, etc.) to execute sponsorship events and activations.
- Support the Chief Market Development Officer in developing sponsorship strategies, presentations, and campaigns.
- Oversee logistics and marketing elements for off-site sponsorship events.
- Develop market-specific toolkits to align sponsorships with DaBella’s brand and objectives.
- Provide guidance to regional branches on effective sponsorship strategies and activations.
- Manage creative briefs, campaign development, sponsorship analytics, and budget tracking.
- Handle departmental administrative and logistical responsibilities, including finance (invoices, POs, expense reports), travel arrangements, inventory, IT support, sponsorship platform management, and business reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a deep understanding of the sports industry.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with professional sports organizations, agents, and marketing firms.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and develop strategic sponsorship campaigns.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Highly detail-oriented, efficient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in event planning, campaign execution, and presentation creation.
