Are you a driven and persuasive sales professional with a knack for turning potential losses into wins? We’re looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team, focused on retaining customers who may not have purchased after a previous appointment or canceled. Your goal is simple: keep our customers happy and loyal by re-engaging them, presenting compelling solutions, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:
Engage Customers: Proactively reach out to customers who did not purchase after a previous appointment or have expressed interest in canceling.
Retention & Recovery: Use consultative sales techniques to identify customer pain points and offer tailored solutions that meet their needs, with a strong focus on retaining business.
Consistency: Maintain timely follow-ups with prospects and customers, overcoming objections and providing incentives to keep them engaged.
Close Sales: Secure customer commitments by highlighting the value and benefits of our products and services.
Production-Based Performance Income: Meet and exceed monthly retention and sales quotas with a keen focus on measurable outcomes and KPIs.
Customer Relationship Management: Log and track customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software to ensure an organized and efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in inside sales, customer retention, or account management.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills with a focus on influencing customer decisions.
● A highly persuasive personality with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with customers.
● Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed retention and sales goals.
