Position Overview
Cyber B.A.T. is seeking a Program Integrator w/ Scheduling to provide program management, financial management, acquisition, and resource planning support for complex Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) programs. This role partners closely with Government Program Managers (GPMs) to support planning, execution, budgeting, contract management, and program reporting while ensuring mission objectives are achieved within cost, schedule, and performance baselines.
What You'll Do
- Support Government Program Managers (GPMs) in the planning, execution, and oversight of complex technical and acquisition programs
- Prepare and maintain program documentation, including Tasking and Technical Orders (TTOs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, Technical CICA Memorandums, Acquisition Strategies, and integrated program schedules
- Assist with program resource planning, allocation, tracking, and reporting for staffing, facilities, budgets, and contract execution
- Develop financial execution reports and recommend funding adjustments based on program priorities and execution status
- Track program performance against cost, schedule, and technical baselines while identifying risks and recommending corrective actions
- Utilize program management tools, including Plan-It and Microsoft Excel, to support planning, execution, reporting, and financial management activities
- Assist with contract reviews, cost estimating, budget planning, and monitoring contract performance throughout the program lifecycle
- Support acquisition planning activities by preparing and tailoring financial execution reports and acquisition documentation
- Analyze, track, and report unfunded requirements in accordance with Program Executive Office (PEO) policies and established Government processes
- Prepare executive-level briefing materials, point papers, presentations, dashboards, spreadsheets, and decision support documentation
- Perform financial and program data analysis using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, slicers, pivot charts, and advanced reporting techniques
- Develop recurring program management reports, including: Budget execution and funding status, Contract burn rate and cost projections, Fiscal year funding availability versus projected expenditures, and Financial and execution risk assessments
- Contract funding status, periods of performance, award schedules, and CDRL tracking
- Contractor staffing levels, hiring status, attrition metrics, and workforce projections
- Acquisition and contract readiness schedules for ongoing contract actions and ARB baseline activities
- Monitor program funding execution and identify potential overruns, underruns, funding delays, or other areas requiring management attention
- Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) by coordinating schedules, tracking action items, and facilitating collaboration among stakeholders
- Assist initiative leads with resource planning, staffing analysis, and program execution activities
- Prepare and deliver presentations supporting program reviews, executive briefings, and customer status updates
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or another related technical or business discipline
- Minimum of 12 years of demonstrated experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and/or Intelligence Community (IC) programs in one or more of the following areas: Program Management, Contract Management, Financial Management
- In lieu of a bachelor's degree: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), or DAWIA Level III certification with 15 years of directly related experience; or 18 years of directly related experience without a degree or certification
- Experience supporting Government Program Managers through all phases of program planning, execution, and reporting
- Experience preparing acquisition documentation, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, Technical CICA Memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies
- Experience supporting contract reviews, cost estimating, budget execution, and financial analysis
- Experience developing executive briefings, decision support materials, reports, and presentations
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including: Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, Slicers, Advanced formulas and data analysis
- Experience developing financial execution reports, burn rate analyses, staffing reports, and program performance dashboards
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting complex, mission-critical Government programs
- Familiarity with Plan-It program management software is preferred
