  • $16.00 per hour starting pay rate with additional training earning potential 

Join our next training class in our Salt Lake City office will be on Monday, January 9, 2022 from 8AM to 5PM for up to 6 weeks. Post-training we will send you home with company issued computer equipment for a remote work setup. 

What Will You Do? 

As a Customer Support Specialist:

  • Respond to all incoming calls and emails on a continual basis to support our dealer base. 

  • Receive training  to follow established guidelines while entering custom window treatment orders and ensure accuracy. 

  • Provide excellent follow up and customer experience by resolving all service requests timely and completely. 

  • Effectively communicate with customers and team members, both in verbal and written form while maintaining an upbeat, positive attitude. 

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with dealers, management and team members.

What Are We Looking For In A Customer Support Specialist:

  • At least 1-2 years of customer service / support experience in fast-paced product support, retail, support center, sales, or related environment required. 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize. 

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Google email, MS Office or other similar Windows based programs required. 

  • Comfortable working in a team environment where communication flows freely at all levels and the customer experience is always our priority.
