Custom Brands Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team! 
The Marketing Coordinator will support key marketing and sales communications and event initiatives. 

The ideal candidate will possess an outcome-orientated mindset and is very organized. The candidate is also detail orientated, has excellent writing skills and can work with many departments in a fast pace ever changing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Co-op advertising administration including processing all claims, customer communications, and engagement with internal partners
  • Support event planning functions including, but not limited to, hotel and meeting arrangements, customer travel coordination, audio visual needs, etc.; may include on-site support during events
  • Coordinate and publish customer-related service communication eBlasts for all channels; provide back-up support for e-marketing campaigns
  • Manage CBG marketing and CBG advertising in-box emails
  • Source, purchase and distribute promotional products, awards, etc.
  • Manage purchase req process for the marketing group
  • Support marketing budgeting process including tracking key expenditures through the year
  • Coordinate CBG office and field communications and maintain accurate distribution lists; update and maintain sales lists
  • Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Associates degree (will consider candidates who do not have an associate’s degree but have relative work experience)
  • College degree in marketing, advertising, communications or business preferred
  • Minimum 2 years related work experience (will consider internship and volunteer work)
  • Proficient working with Microsoft Office & Google Enterprise software; strong PowerPoint and Excel skills including database management
  • Demonstrated communications experience required

Working Conditions:
  • The position will be working with a hybrid team and will have set days in  Cerritos, CA office with the balance of the week working remotely
  • Role works with multiple time zones
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 25-30 pounds at times
  • Ability to travel ~5-10% including to Mexico
