As a Cushing Terrell team member, you will join a multidisciplinary team of talented engineers, architects, designers, planners, and business professionals who work across 17 office locations as well as remotely throughout the United States.
Qualifications* you will bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from ABET accredited four-year University
- Up to five years of experience
- Possesses strong knowledge of use with different material typologies including wood, steel, concrete, and aluminum
- Strong knowledge of slab, foundation, and pier anchoring systems
- Interest in Bridge design
- Successfully passed the FE and willing to work towards professional licensure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in a variety of software applications to include: Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office

*The majority of the time a person in this role will be sitting in an office with limited physical requirements. This may require individuals to bend, stretch, twist, and reach. On occasion, individuals will be required to visit a client site to perform site verifications and field surveys.
Your pay
The salary for this position is based on the location/s posted. If you are a candidate living outside of (this region/these regions), we still encourage you to apply as salary ranges may differ across states/cities/job markets.
- Expected Range*: $64,000 to $78,000
- The position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus
*The actual salary offered for the role will be determined based on a variety of factors including but not limited to; years of experience, licensure status, location, level of job-related knowledge, and other job-related factors (as permitted by law).
