Management Development Program
The Management Development Program (MDP) is a three-year rotational program designed to develop future leaders in education, technology, and business. During their time in the program, Management Development Associates (MDAs) have the opportunity to work across a variety of departments. By combining these dynamic rotations with close mentorship from the company’s leadership team, the MDP offers an opportunity to build a diverse skill set that will enable MDAs to have an impact in their years at CA. As our MDAs come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, we greatly value the unique talents, abilities, and passions of each new cohort as they will help contribute to a rich, diverse, and supportive MDA team.

As someone without a strong background in business or technology, I was initially hesitant to apply for this program, but I am so glad that I did! What s ets the program apart from other rotational programs are the caring and supportive people in the MDP network and the levels of autonomy and ownership of projects each MDA can have regardless of their year. In my fi rst year alone, with the support of allmy mentors, I developed and implemented initiatives that furtheredourmission and increased the level of vi sibility and inclusion of employees from diverse backgrounds at the company.
