Curriculum Associates is seeking a talented Website Production Coordinator to join our growing Growth Marketing team. The Website Production Coordinator will join a mission-driven, rapidly growing team to help share our story with educators through custom web pages. This person will support the sales and account management teams by managing the creation of microsites for both pre- and post-sale use.

The impact you'll have: 

  • Develop, implement, and publish website content using content management system
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with account managers, sales representatives, and Marketing to implement new and updated website content needs of each site
  • Organize website content including editing and resizing of images to meet CA's brand and digital standards 
  • Maintain an up-to-date library of all website assets 
Who we're looking for: 
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years in a website and/or video production role 
  • Experience using a CMS
  • Experience with HTML and CSS 
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop 
  • Ability to manage complex and fast-moving projects from start to finish 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities
