2023 Education Technology Fellowship

Apply to a competitive six-month fellowship. This is a full-time, paid position ($23.00 per hour, non-negotiable) from July 10, 2023, to December 15, 2023, at the fastest growing company in the EdTech industry.

This remote, or in-person position at our North Billerica office, is a great opportunity for co-op students and recent college graduates. What you’ll do:

  • July through September: Ed-Tech fellows will assist the Provisioning and Data Services team as they provide support for customers partnering with Curriculum Associates for the 2023-2024 school year. This team ensures all users are successfully onboarded into our i-Ready platform

    • The Provisioning and Data Services (PDS) team includes several groups. A fellow’s daily tasks will depend on which group the fellow is assigned to for our back-to-school season, so all fellows will not have the same responsibilities. Below are examples of tasks to be performed by fellows (dependent on the PDS group):

      • Work with auto-provisioning technology and large datasets

      • Troubleshoot customer and technical issues using a multitude of resources

      • Work directly with educators to gather user data that will be onboarded into i-Ready

      • Work with datasets in Excel to assemble student and staff rosters and then input that data into i-Ready

      • Assist with account setup

      • Work on district-specific projects

  • For the final three months: You’ll be placed in a compelling rotation, working closely with department leaders to help improve processes and reach quarterly goals

Who we’re looking for: 

  • Co-op student or recent college graduate (bachelor’s degree earned 2022 or 2023) 

  • Motivated individuals looking for a challenging six-month experience 

  • Strong academic record with a GPA of 3.0 or higher; all majors are welcome 

  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with large, complex datasets 

  • A keen attention to detail, and the ability to think critically and troubleshoot is crucial

  • Customer service experience, including excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain strong and professional relationships

  • Superior time management and organizational skills 

  • Demonstrated interest in business, education, technology, or social entrepreneurship sectors

  • An openness and excitement to learn and grow professionally

Location & Timing: Fellows will work remotely for six months, from July 10, 2023 - December 15, 2023. Candidates living or planning to relocate to the North Billerica, MA area may choose to work in our home office or arrange a hybrid schedule in adherence to our Covid-19 protocol.
