National Director, Spanish Content and Implementation

The National Director, Spanish Content and Implementation will play a lead role in driving revenue for Curriculum Associates. This is a leadership position that focuses on multiple facets to secure both new partner accounts and evaluate and support the overall health of existing accounts. Our mission is to make classrooms better places for teachers and students, and an overarching goal of the National Director, Spanish Content and Implementation is to assess and increase the positive impact of our programs on students. Reporting to the Vice President, Content and Implementation, the National Director, Spanish Content and Implementation works cross-functionally with teams across the organization, including sales, account management, professional development and product development.

The impact you’ll have:
Contribute to the company’s continued growth (and attainment of annual revenue targets) by delivering compelling, solutions-based sales presentations that emphasize all C.A. Spanish assets including core (i-Ready Classroom Mathematics) and supplemental products (i-Ready Assessment & Instruction, Magnetic Reading, etc.)
Deliver pre-sale workshops (dinner meetings, conference sessions, and symposium workshops) to help generate new business opportunities
Partner with CA Implementation Service Teams (ISTs), as needed, to support strategically critical pilots of our programs including assets delivered in Spanish, ensuring high conversion rates
Partner with local ISTs, as needed, to support select district implementations, with a particular focus on i-Ready data and best implementation practices for assets in both Spanish and English
Serve as the “voice of the bilingual educator” on cross-functional teams, as needed, providing color and context on the needs of educators using Curriculum Associates’ programs
Ensure high levels of utilization for customer facing engagements by consistently meeting high expectations for quality work, professionalism, and teamwork

Successful bilingual/biliterate candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong interest in working for a mission-centric organization. Ideal candidates will have:
Excellent verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
Ability to translate/trans adapt educator-facing communications where appropriate, and develop authentic content when needed
Experience with data analysis and the ability to effectively communicate data (with recommendations for next steps) to educator partners
Demonstrated effectiveness working cross-functionally and collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders
Proven ability to develop deep product and market knowledge in the bilingual/dual language realm
Experience managing complex, high-impact projects
Extensive experience developing content for diverse audiences
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and collaboration skills
Qualifications:
K-8 teaching and/or administrator experience in bilingual and/or dual language setting
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
Comfortable with heavy travel- 80% driving and flying
