Senior Manager, Sales Enablement Operations

Description

The Senior Manager - Sales Enablement Operations leads a team responsible for overseeing and executing Sales Enablement operations, refining processes, managing the internal knowledge system, sampling and collateral budget/inventory, and managing and executing a rapid response system for field team members so that they have the right content and knowledge to have effective conversations with their customers and deliver revenue growth. 

 

The impact you’ll have: 

  • Collaborate with VP to determine sales enablement priorities and roadmap 

  • Coach, manage, develop, and support a talented, passionate, and committed team  

  • Develop/Manage Rapid Response System  

  • Manage and refine internal knowledge platform and systems 

  • Manage implementation of a Sales Enablement Platform 

  • Manage sampling and collateral budget 

  • Serve as liaison with manipulative kit vendor  

  • Coordinate with sales management on annual sampling forecast 

  • Coordinate with sales enablement departments on content and asset management

  • 5+ years of professional experience in operations, product marketing, product management, or process management
