Senior Manager, Marketing Multimedia

Description

The Sr. Multimedia Manager will manage a team of videographers, video editors, and graphic animators to support high-quality storytelling as part of the marketing team. The right candidate will have the ability to produce, create and edit videos for use in marketing campaigns as well as assist with other creative execution and oversee and guide a team of multi-media staff to support the needs of the department.

The impact you’ll have:

  • Lead team to create high-quality, impactful video/animation narratives
  • Manage team of videographers and animators, guiding workload and team development
  • Edit existing video footage to create video ads for social and product spotlight videos for distribution across various internal and external platforms
  • Design solutions and lead animators to produce engaging digital display ads
  • Edit photos for use across marketing collateral and the website
  • Work with marketing partners to build content and enhance website pages to increase interactivity and time on page with content
  • Manage platforms to support video distribution and content libraries
  • Collaborate with marketing creative partners to maintain consistency and marketing continuity across all platforms

Required job skills:

  • Advanced experience working with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding on video and animation trends
  • Deep awareness of video and animation platforms, tool, and technologies
  • Excellent eye for video storytelling and animation
  • Strong creative leadership experience role at an agency or in-house team
  • Experiencing editing digital ads for use across social media and web channels
  • Collaborative spirit and willingness to make edits based on feedback from stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow complicated directions
  • Effective decision making, ownership, and accountability
  • Demonstrate integrity, ethical standards and a professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational and time management skills along with the ability to multitask
  • A self-starter, disciplined professional
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong portfolio of work demonstrating engaging creative output
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical capability

Minimum qualifications:

  • Associate degree; 5+ years of related experience with an agency or in-house team
  • 3+ years of creative leadership and people management experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Workfront
