The Sales Development Specialist will have the unique opportunity to support multiple functions of the organization, learning how to build relationships and develop leads as we continue our mission to make classrooms a better place for teachers and students.

The impact you’ll have:

Sales Development Specialists will have the opportunity to support our Inside Sales, Business Development and Field Marketing teams to maintain and boost our customer base of over eight million users nationwide. Rotations include, but are not limited to:

  • Marketing Development – support the creation of specialized projects such as account-based marketing, content development, market research, supporting marketing campaigns, and administrative support
  • Business Development – support our internal teams with report building, optimization, data analysis, and tool/skill building
  • Sales Development – support our internal Inside Sales function with developing leads, market surveys, customer consultation, and sample product offerings

  • You are proficient in the use of a computer and programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM, Marketing Automation tools, and search engines
  • You are a tenacious learner, always wanting to strengthen your knowledge base and learn new skills
  • Some professional background in sales development preferred, but not required
