Length of work opportunity: This is a 2-3-month contract opportunity and can be done from anywhere in the United States. Open to flexible work hours.  
 
The CA Talent team is looking for a motivated individual to temporarily join our team to support the execution of Talent marketing initiatives such as content creation, content design, social media promotion, as well as revamp our recruiting resources and candidate facing materials. The impact you’ll have… 

  • Support employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies 
  • Audit and update company messaging across all Talent platforms to ensure a cohesive employer brand 
  • Update Talent branding platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Comparably as well as support growth on new platforms 
  • Support the creation of our new careers blog – perfect pre-written blog posts, launch blog, and create plans for and begin working on future content 
  • Ensure CA’s messaging is inclusive and encourages diverse candidates from all backgrounds to apply 
  • Coordinate with CA’s Social Media Manager to highlight open roles on social networks, most frequently Instagram 
  • Utilize existing branding inventory (copy, graphic design, video, and photography) to enhance our candidate facing employer brand 
  • Support the creation of new content pieces for third-party sites as well as support our efforts to win upcoming awards 
  • Support brand building in new in office locations: Tucson, AZ & Greensboro, NC 
  • Support branding opportunities with our university partnerships as well as start the creation of collateral for these partnerships  
  • Communicate updates and progress to Talent team members and leadership 

Who we’re looking for… 

  • Ability to dive into projects and stick to timelines to execute assigned projects within contracted period 
  • Ability to work creatively within established company branding and voice 
  • Ability to take existing company collateral and repurpose it for Talent team platforms 
  • Ability to quickly produce copy that doesn't require significant edits 
  • Experience creating social media content  
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to change priorities quickly to support the Talent team as needed 
  • Effective oral and written communication skills 
  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented 
  • All applicants will be asked to provide samples or their work including written content, design, examples of social media promotion 

This is an excellent opportunity for a freelance designer/marketer to get their foot in the door at a growing company. 

Location: Currently, all Curriculum Associates employees are working remotely due to Covid-19. This is a temporary remote opportunity. We will be accepting applicants from anywhere within the U.S.
