Website Production Coordinator

The Website Production Coordinator will join a mission-driven, rapidly growing team to help share our story with educators through custom web pages. The right candidate will support the sales team by managing the creation of microsites and campaign landing pages 

The  impact you’ll have: 

  • Create, update, and publish web content using content management system
  • Create new web assets as needed to fulfill requests (including image creation) 
  • Collaborate with other team members to facilitate reviews before publishing 
  • Maintain an up-to-date library of all website assets 
  • Provide recommendations for template updates where applicable to improve UX 

Who we’re  looking for:

  • Experience using a content management system 
  • Experience with HTML and CSS 
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop 
  • Ability to manage complex and fast-moving projects from start to finish 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines 
  • 1-2 years in a website production role, ideally at a B2B organization 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities
