At Curbio you will:
  • Lead a team of project managers responsible for multiple home improvement projects.
  • Prioritize quality and customer satisfaction as cornerstones of our culture.
  • Lead project meetings and share feedback and coaching with your team.
  • Perform performance evaluations semi-annually for your team.
  • Be responsible for making sure your team is successfully managing home renovation projects based on a given scope of work.
  • Ensure your team completes projects on time at budget while maintaining an open line of communication with the client.
  • Interview and hire project managers candidates for all open markets.
  • No physical labor is required.
What we’re looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of project managers, and residential home remodeling projects including homeowner interaction.
  • Requires clear communication skills, strong attention to detail and a customer service focus.
  • Proficiency with Technology including MS Excel.
  • General Contractor License highly preferred.
  • Travel to markets in your territory.
