At Curbio you will:
  • Be a customer success ambassador for Curbio - advocating for our customers, ensuring quality work in the field, and delivering world-class customer experience.
  • Be responsible for successfully managing home renovation projects based on a given scope of work (including managing contractors, driving materials selections with customers, and ensuring work is on time and on budget).
  • Be the face of Curbio to our customers – maintaining strong and open lines of communication.
  • Manage multiple projects within a specified market (average job size of $50k).
  • Ensure administrative tasks are up to date and entered into our CRM.
  • No physical labor is required.
What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects with high customer interaction.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in customer-facing service roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience with administrative functions of project management.
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once with a diverse set of teams.
  • Comfort and proficiency with technology (including Microsoft Excel, CRM tools, and our own proprietary technology).
  • Must possess and maintain a current, valis driver's license in your state of residence and successfully complete a motor vehicle history check.
