Employment Status: Fulltime

Salary: CI$3,298 to CI$4,287 or USD$3,949 to USD$5,134

Overtime Eligibility: Yes

Work Environment: Plant Area

Corporate – Workspace is primarily in the Administrative Building

In Field – Workspace is primarily Off Site at various locations around the island

Plant Area- Workspace is primarily in the Power Plant Area

Hybrid – Workspace is a combination of in the Administrative Building and in the Field or in the Plant Area

 

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling regular maintenance and servicing of vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
  • Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing, inspections, and repairs.
  • Addressing driver concerns and ensure a high standard of driver satisfaction.
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle mileage, usage, and maintenance schedules.
  • Monitoring fuel usage and implement strategies to improve fuel efficiency.
  • Managing vehicle registration, insurance, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • A secondary education diploma with experience in similar position; an associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings.
  • Good communications skills, both written and verbal.

  • Has desire to continually expand knowledge and improve abilities.
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Must have valid and current CI Driver’s License Group 2
