Salary: CI$2,997 to CI$3,896 | USD$3,567 to USD$4,638 (no income tax)

Work Environment: Hybrid
Corporate – Workspace is primarily in the Administrative Building
In Field – Workspace is primarily Off Site at various locations around the island
Plant Area- Workspace is primarily in the Power Plant Area
Hybrid – Workspace is a combination of in the Administrative Building and in the Field or in the Plant Area
Satellite- Workspace is at one of CUC’s satellite locations
 
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Assists journey-level workers in the variety of crafts to install, repair, maintain and otherwise care for buildings, grounds, equipment, appliances, fixtures and furniture by performing one or more of the following duties:
  • Performs heavy labor and semiskilled manual tasks involved in helping journey-level in a variety of tasks such as Painting, Building and Ground Maintenance.
  • Perform recurring tasks such as carrying, moving, and delivering supplies and equipment
  • Makes minor repairs to and installs equipment of small appliances in buildings
  • Disassembles and assembles, cleans, sands and other wise prepares equipment, fixtures, buildings, appliances for repair, overhaul and/or refinishing
  • Performs all housekeeping activities
  • Other Duties that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
  • 2-4 years relevant experience
  • High school diploma
  • Group four (4) Driver License preferred
