Corporate – Workspace is primarily in the Administrative Building

In Field – Workspace is primarily Off Site at various locations around the island

Plant Area- Workspace is primarily in the Power Plant Area

Hybrid – Workspace is a combination of in the Administrative Building and in the Field or in the Plant Area

Satellite- Workspace is at one of CUC’s satellite locations

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting the onboarding of new staff by familiarizing them with document locations, introducing them to relevant team members, and explaining safety practices etc.
• Supporting L&D by facilitating training activities, including creating schedules, notifying relevant team members and monitoring attendance.
• Assisting in the purchasing process by receiving quotations, entering requisitions, and submitting invoices.
• Providing support for contract management and service agreements.
• Participating in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Ensuring that Energy Supply documentation complies with OPR’s, EPR’s, SOP’s and audit requirements. Supporting the preparation of regulatory filings and documentation as needed.
• Updating and organizing documentation in a format approved by CUC, maintaining consistent document numbers and common locations.
• Ensuring staff are trained and informed about updates to documents and procedures.
• Coordinating training sessions for staff on new processes, equipment, and technologies.
• Developing training materials and documentation to support ongoing learning and development initiatives.
• Create Quarterly Reports highlighting Business Unit updates, challenges and achievements.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Technical Administrator or similar.
• Experience with software packages such as Smartsheet’s and Microsoft Office Suite.
