Salary: CI$17.29 to CI$22.48 per hour

Work Environment: Corporate

Corporate – Workspace is primarily in the Administrative Building

In Field – Workspace is primarily Off Site at various locations around the island

Plant Area- Workspace is primarily in the Power Plant Area

Hybrid – Workspace is a combination of in the Administrative Building and in the Field or in the Plant Area

Satellite- Workspace is at one of CUC’s satellite locations

 

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

       Process high volume of invoices daily for payment in accordance with Company policies and procedures

       Support other disbursement activities including payroll, employee benefits, and batch processing.

       Prepare monthly vendor reconciliations.

       Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholder to resolve invoice discrepancies or vendor inquiries and ensure timely resolution and payments.

       Establish and maintain proper filing systems for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

       Coordinate and conduct unannounced cash counts of Cashiers, Customer Service Representatives and Petty Cash.

       Provide administrative support for audits and financial reporting as required.

       Other duties as required.

 

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

       Computer Literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

       High School Diploma, completion of introductory accounting courses and active pursuit of an Associates Degree in Accounting preferred.

       Two to three (2-3) years of relevant work experience.
