As a member of our Client Services Team, you would provide data and workflow support to our Investment Partnership Team. In addition, this position provides support throughout our tax operations services as needed. This position would be full-time, onsite, and does require regular overtime especially from late January through mid-April, and late-August through early-September, including some Saturdays during those periods.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage, review and organize client information for our Investment Partnership Team
- Acting as the main point of contact for our clients to provide updates, support, and obtain information
- Analyze information received and request missing/additional information in a timely manner
- Assisting in the onboarding process of new clients through our tracking system
- Utilize various software to extract client information and keep workflows moving forward
- Manage and maintain client billing information

- Ability to timely and accurately meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Background in/understanding of the accounting services industry is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with Datasnipper is a plus
- Familiarity with partnership entity structures is a plus
Pay:
• $23 per hour
