Job Summary:
The HR business partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning human resources strategies with business strategies. The position serves as a consultant to leadership while acting as an employee champion and change agent in support of key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop a strong partnership and consultative relationship with senior leadership across functions
    • Provide on-going coaching to accelerate leadership capability, team effectiveness and facilitate cross-team collaboration
    • Develop human resource strategies and solutions in support of organizational initiatives
    • Lead organizational effectiveness and organizational design efforts in support of on-going business growth and needs
    • Build and implement communication and execution plans to facilitate effective organizational change
    • Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of various HR programs and practices
    • Partner with the Human Resource Centers of Excellence in shaping and delivering Annual Review and Compensation Processes, Talent and Succession, Recruiting, Workforce and Organization Planning, Competency Development, Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, and Learning and Development Programs
    • Stay current with external trends, regulations and requirements to incorporate best practices into on-going efforts
    • Partner with management and employee relations on employee concerns, performance management and investigations
    • Build connection with employees to keep an active pulse on the organization and be an employee “voice”

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
  • BS or BA degree
  • 7-10 years of HR generalist experience required
  • Experience working at all levels of the company; executive to associate level
  • Strength with Organizational Design, Talent Management and Change Management skills
  • Strong project management and the ability to manage and prioritize competing demands
  • Experience with coaching and business consultation
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of employment law and compliance
