Position Summary:

Crystal Dynamics is seeking a Studio Administrator for our world-renowned AAA Game Studio. We are looking for a fun, out-going, highly organized, dependable and energetic individual to plan, schedule, budget, and manage studio-wide events in addition to typical studio administration tasks. This position is a temporary, project full-time position with the possibility of converting to a permanent role.

Candidates must be willing to accommodate occasional off-hours and weekends during peak development cycles and to accommodate certain high priority events.                                                                                                            
Essential Duties:

  • Lead and own studio-wide event planning and execution ranging from small two-person meetings at our offices to larger off-site parties.
  • Manage event details, scheduling, and logistics including but not limited to:
    • Large scale budgets
    • Product Launches
    • Holiday Events
    • 3rd Party Partnership Agreements, Contracts, and Fees 
  • Use Microsoft Office products regularly to effectively support all operational and Executive requests
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all communications
  • Draft company-wide communications based on existing templates including newsletters and event notifications
  • Host visitors, speak at company events, and represent the company during various internal and external engagements
  • Manage scheduling and travel planning for the Executive team, as well as potentially assisting various internal & external VIPs for specific event
  • Maintain supporting event documentation, calendars, and logistical data
  • Work with various departments as needed to complete tasks such as on-boarding, recruiting, and marketing.
  • Develop and foster strong relationships and work cooperatively across all teams and coordinating 
  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships with vendor companies

Essential Requirements:

  • 2+ years of large-scale event planning, coordination, and management experience in a fast-paced and fun environment.
  • Previous demonstrated experience developing, managing, and executing an event plan with a budget over $100,000
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook (calendar and email), Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • High school diploma required
  • AA or BA degree preferred
  • Games industry experience a huge plus!
  • Previous experience in a start-up environment a plus!
