About the Role

CrowdStrike is seeking a dynamic, experienced Marketing Manager to drive Marketing planning and execution in Latin America markets with an initial focus on Brazil and Mexico. The Marketing Manager partners with the sales team, channel and alliances partners and supports business goals, by implementing integrated marketing campaigns that engages prospects, delivers new opportunities and accelerate existing pipeline. The successful candidate will define the Marketing plan that is consistent with corporate, sales and marketing priorities and initiatives.

The Marketing Manager will build integrated campaigns to generate new leads, move prospects through the buyer’s journey and accelerate the sales cycle for new opportunities.  A main goal will be to create demand using a variety of marketing vehicles and tactics including account-based marketing, conferences and local executive events, multi-touch campaigns and joint partner marketing activities.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the Latin America markets, strategic planning and integrated execution with excellent organizational skills, effective communications and the proven ability to work and communicate cross functionally and with our partners.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Expertise in Latin America markets, field sales needs, stages of the customer buying cycle, program analysis and market intelligence.
  • Align with Sales leaders to execute focused, marketing programs in conjunction with Sales plans.
  • Plan and execute a 6-month, integrated plan focused on meeting Marketing and Sales business and pipeline goals.
  • Research, plan and execute marketing campaigns, leveraging a variety of programs and field activities to drive demand and accelerate pipeline.
  • Write compelling initial copy for emails, landing pages and promotional content.
  • Implement promotional, lead nurture and sales outreach programs ensuring event registration, effective lead generation and follow-up.
  • Track campaign performance, measuring results and metrics through SFDC.
  • Effectively manage regional Marketing budget to optimize ROI.
  • Work cross-functionally across all marketing departments including marketing operations, public relations, corporate marketing, alliances marketing to implement plans on schedule.

 Minimum Skills and Experience

  • Must have 5+ years of relevant Marketing experience supporting field sales and partner organizations within the IT industry. Experience in cybersecurity is a benefit.
  • Track record of implementing effective and creative marketing campaigns that generate new leads, opportunities and accelerate pipeline.
  • Experience managing a budget that aligns with marketing and sales goals and objectives.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and project management skills.
  • Proven ability cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and deliver campaigns on schedule.
  • Experience working with sales teams to understand needs and integrate into their processes
  • Ability to write relevant, customer-centric content.
  • Experience in tracking ROI and analyzing marketing events, programs and metrics.
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce.com is a benefit.
  • BS/BA in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
