Marketing Compliance Manager
Description
- Ensure regulatory compliance with all marketing materials including, but not limited to, print, email, radio, and social media.
- Review a wide variety of submitted marketing materials and provide a timely and accurate response, including reasons for requested changes and suggestions where necessary.
- Interact cooperatively with internal employees, including loan officers, marketing specialists, and management to resolve compliance findings.
- Provide excellent service and ensure strong relationships with internal customers who generate marketing materials for Marketing Compliance approval.
- Comply with CCM Policies and Procedure for retention of marketing materials and assist with audit reviews.
- Support all other compliance-related assignments as required for agency/regulatory compliance.
- Assist with analyzing and assessing new marketing-related vendor platforms and program requests to ensure they meet compliance requirements and make recommendations for CCM use based on research.
- Research and remain current with state and federal industry-related laws and regulations pertaining to the marketing and advertising of mortgage products to assist with managing marketing compliance risk. Assist with monitoring and providing corrective action of advertising and social media for the originator, branch, and corporate levels using third-party systems such as ActiveComply, Performline or other system.
- Provide direction and guidance to branches seeking information regarding marketing/advertising compliance.
- Work closely with Sr. Marketing Compliance Manager to create informative communications regarding compliant marketing and advertising as needed.

- Communicate professionally and effectively with all partners and vendors.
- Work to resolve CCPA and Do Not Contact requests.
- Support internal audit and compliance teams as needed.
- Research latest compliance trends and regulations.
- 5+ Years of experience in the Mortgage Industry.
- Compliance experience required.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, RESPA, UDAAP, TILA Reg Z, MAP, TCPA, and CCPA required.
- Extensive research skills.
- Ability to interpret rules, regulations, and guidelines and apply the interpretation to business processes.
- Extensive customer service experience.
