Position Overview: 
Are you looking for a new career where you can leverage your knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and outstanding customer service skills? We will train and support you on your journey to become a Jr. Corporate Processor at CrossCountry Mortgage! With this amazing opportunity, you will get your foot in the door with one of the top mortgage companies in the country, located in our newly renovated building in Cleveland, Ohio. You will participate in the onsite Jr. Corporate Processor Academy where you will learn everything needed to be a Jr. Corporate Processor!  
  
Jr. Corporate Processors are responsible for ordering, verifying, and following up on mortgage documents that are needed for the loan file. By participating in the Jr. Corporate Processor Academy, you will be provided mentorship from existing Corporate Processors, your designated Team Lead, and you will learn the ins and outs of the industry so that you are set up for success. 
 
This program has a tentative start date of May 6, 2024. This position requires full-time, on-site support at our Corporate HQ in Cleveland, OH. 
 
What to Expect: 
  • Begin your experience in a classroom setting with peers.
  • Learn about the mortgage industry including common terms, compliance, and the life cycle of a loan.
  • Work alongside a mentor from the Jr. and Sr. Corporate Processing Departments during your training.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop knowledge and experience of the Jr Corporate Processing role.

Goals of the Program: 
  • Be professionally reliable.
Arrive happy! Come into work at an agreed-upon predetermined time for training or with your mentor and plan to work smart the whole day. Once your work schedule is established, you will need to be relied upon to adhere to your set schedule.

Qualifications and Skills: 
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Prior experience in the financial industry, a plus, but not required.
