Position Overview:  
  
The Marketing Internship is a 12-month, part-time internship opportunity inclusive of rotational job assignments in the nine areas of CCM’s Marketing Department: Communications, CRM, Events, Digital Marketing, Project Management, Creative, Traffic, Onboarding, and Partnerships.   
  
Training:  
  
Through the rotational job assignments within the various areas of the Marketing department, Interns will experience interactive training, to enhance their knowledge while developing their skills.   
  
This role has a minimum requirement of 15 hours a week. The shifts will vary from 8am - 6pm Monday through Friday, with flexibility depending upon candidates’ availability. Individuals in this role can work up to 30 hours a week.   
  
Job Responsibilities:  
  
In this Role, Interns will engage with the peers throughout Marketing processes from convention to innovation. They will participate in team meetings and communicate to internal and external clients and colleagues with a high level of professionalism and positivity. Interns will also have the opportunity to work on corporate marketing platforms and ad hoc marketing requests submitted by CCM’s nationwide branch network.  
  
Professional Development and Networking:  
  
Interns will participate in various networking opportunities, collaborate with CCM departments, and join in CCM social events.  
  
Final Presentation:  
  
At the conclusion of the internship, Marketing Interns will complete and share a final presentation with Marketing Department Leaders, showcasing their accomplishments.  
  
Qualifications and Skills:  
  • 3-4 years of education or equivalent combination of education/experience, preferred.
  • Pursuing a career in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or related field, required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in developing work ethic with coursework, professional networks or internships.
  • Design experience – knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiar with CRM, and other Marketing software tools.
