Role Overview
The Professional market Brand Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing the company’s professional engagement strategy with healthcare stakeholders, including physicians, clinics, HMOs, and pharmacists. This hybrid role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution: the manager will both design and implement initiatives aimed at increasing medical community awareness, preference, and trust in the company’s products. The role includes developing and executing educational programs, organizing medical events, creating professional marketing materials, and building long-term relationships with key opinion leaders. In addition, the brand manager will actively conduct field visits, deliver product detailing sessions to physicians and pharmacists, and represent the company at professional conferences.
This position sits within the Marketing Department and works closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, to ensure alignment between brand strategy, trade marketing activities, and professional engagement. The brand manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s reputation within the medical ecosystem and driving sustainable demand through professional endorsement.
Key Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Act as the product and brand ambassador for healthcare professionals and pharmacists.
- Develop and implement B2B marketing strategy targeting physicians, clinics, HMOs, and other healthcare institutions.
- Plan and manage product launches, trade events, congresses, and conferences, including sponsorship collaborations
- Plan, organize, and execute medical education programs (workshops, seminars, webinars, and conferences) for physicians and pharmacists.
- Conduct direct field visits and product detailing to physicians and pharmacists, ensuring accurate communication of clinical data and product benefits.
- Create and adapt scientific and promotional materials in alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to align professional engagement with commercial objectives and ensure consistent market messaging.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders, medical associations, and decision-makers in the healthcare ecosystem.
- Represent the company at medical congresses and industry events, acting as a brand ambassador to the professional community.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy / Biology / Chemistry or related fields (advanced degree an advantage).
- 5–7 years’ experience in Pharma brand management, Senior Pharma Representative, Product specialist, pharmaceutical marketing, or Commercial roles in the pharma/healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in managing B2B marketing initiatives and building relationships with physicians, healthcare institutions, and professional stakeholders.
- Strong experience in event management, professional training, sponsorship collaborations, and development of professional marketing aids.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate scientific data into clear and compelling messages.
- Hands-on, field-oriented mindset — ability to both design strategy and personally execute detailing and training activities
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent Hebrew and English.
