POSITION SUMMARY
The Admissions & Enrollment Manager plays a key role in welcoming prospective families to King’s Schools and guiding them from initial inquiry through application, admission, enrollment, and transition into the King’s community.
This position combines relationship-building, sales, admissions operations, event management, and exceptional family care. The Admissions & Enrollment Manager takes ownership of the prospective family experience and is accountable for moving families thoughtfully and proactively through the admissions process.
The ideal candidate is a highly relational, detail-oriented self-starter who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative to make it happen. This individual is comfortable owning enrollment goals and admissions data, managing multiple priorities, solving problems independently, and building trusted relationships with families.
As a representative of King’s Schools, the Admissions & Enrollment Manager must have a genuine passion for the mission and values of King’s and be able to authentically communicate the value of a King’s education to prospective families.
The Admissions & Enrollment Manager is often one of a family’s first relationships with King’s. This individual should represent the school with warmth and authenticity and help families experience what makes the King’s community distinctive from their very first interaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

DUTIES:
Christ-centered Leadership
- Uphold a Christ-centered environment for all potential students and families.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, coworkers, students, and families.
- Conduct all duties in alignment with CRISTA Ministries' mission, vision, and Statement of Faith.
Prospective Family Relationships & Enrollment
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective families, providing a highly personal, responsive, and welcoming admissions experience.
- Develop meaningful relationships with prospective families and seek to understand each student’s needs, goals, circumstances, and educational journeys.
- Guide families through the full admissions process, from inquiry and campus visit through application, acceptance, enrollment, and transition into the King’s community.
- Conduct admissions conversations and campus tours that clearly and authentically communicate the mission, culture, programs, and value of a King’s education.
- Respond with empathy, discretion, and professionalism to families navigating challenging educational, social, academic, or personal circumstances.
- Proactively follow up with prospective families and identify appropriate next steps to move them through the enrollment journey.
Enrollment Goals & Pipeline Ownership
- Take ownership of enrollment goals and actively manage the prospective student pipeline toward those goals.
- Monitor inquiries, tours, applications, acceptances, enrollment contracts, and other key conversion points.
- Regularly review pipeline activity and identify families requiring follow-up, potential barriers to enrollment, and opportunities to improve conversion.
- Partner with the Director of Admissions to develop strategies for enrollment growth, retention, and priority programs or grade levels.
- Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset while maintaining a relational, family-centered admissions experience.
- Understand that every inquiry represents both a family to be cared for and an opportunity to grow the King’s community.
Admissions Events & Experiences
- Plan, coordinate, and execute admissions events, including open houses, prospective family events, student visit experiences, information sessions, and other recruitment activities.
- Own events from concept through execution, including timelines, communication, registration, staffing, logistics, follow-up, and evaluation.
- Partner with faculty, administrators, students, athletics, and other departments to create compelling experiences for prospective families.
- Continuously evaluate admissions events and recommend improvements based on family feedback, participation, conversion, and enrollment goals.
Admissions Operations, Systems & Data
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely prospective student and family records within the admissions CRM and related systems.
- Take responsibility for data integrity, including regular review and cleanup of admissions records.
- Manage application progress and ensure families receive timely communication regarding missing materials, deadlines, decisions, and next steps.
- Maintain accurate admissions statuses and documentation throughout the enrollment process.
- Use admissions data to identify trends, monitor progress toward enrollment goals, and inform follow-up strategies.
- Develop strong proficiency in admissions technology and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, reporting, and the family experience.
- Approach administrative work with exceptional attention to detail, recognizing that accurate systems and data are essential to excellent family service and enrollment decision-making.
Cross-Functional Partnership and Knowledge
- Maintain strong knowledge of King’s academic programs, student life, athletics, extracurricular opportunities, support services, and school culture.
- Build strong working relationships with school principals, faculty, staff, marketing, business operations, and other departments involved in the prospective family experience.
- Partner closely with Marketing on admissions communications, campaigns, events, and prospective family outreach.
- Communicate relevant family information and admissions trends to appropriate school leaders.
- Work collaboratively with the broader Admissions and Community Relations team to create a seamless experience from prospective family to enrolled and engaged King’s family.
Ownership & Initiative
- This role requires a high degree of independence and personal ownership. The Admissions & Enrollment Manager is expected to:
- Proactively anticipate needs, identify challenges, and take initiative to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Demonstrate strong ownership by independently managing priorities, following through on commitments, and driving work forward with minimal oversight while keeping leadership informed.
- Exercise sound judgment, accountability, and excellence in managing admissions responsibilities, earning the trust of the Director of Admissions and school leadership.
Conduct that reflects well on CRISTA Ministries and aligns with its mission, vision, Statement of Faith and Christian Community Representative Commitment (CCC).

CHRIST CENTERED
- Belief that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior.
- Is a committed Christian who is dedicated to continued spiritual growth and development as evidenced through a growing personal walk with God (e.g. daily spiritual rhythms of prayer, fellowship, Bible study, etc.).
- Prayerfully seeks God’s will in their own lives and in their ministry at CRISTA.
- Engages our ministry including staff and colleagues through prayer, participation in spiritual practices, leading devotionals and other spiritual practices.
- Affirms, aligns with and supports CRISTA’s Statement of Faith and Christian Community Representative Statement (CCC).
- Conducts themselves in a manner which reflects well on CRISTA Ministries and aligns with its mission, vision, Statement of Faith and Christian Community Representative Commitment (CCC).

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education.
EXPERIENCE
- 3 Years of demonstrated experience in sales, relationship management, business development, admissions, recruiting, hospitality, customer experience, or a similarly relationship-driven environment.
- Proven ability to manage a pipeline, goals, or measurable performance outcomes.
- Experience managing multiple families, clients, customers, or accounts simultaneously.
SOFTWARE / EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE
- Must have strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite – Outlook, Excell, OneNote, and Teams specifically
- Ability to learn Customer Management Tools – FACTS Student Information System, HubSpot, SalesForce

- Experience in education or independent school admissions is beneficial but not required.
