Job Description: The counter sales position is designed to increase sales and customer satisfaction by efficiently and courteously assisting return customers, walk-ins, warehousing responsibilities, and telephone customers in the selection and acquisition of needed products.

Job Duties:

• Take and accurately enter customer orders, prioritizing regular accounts.
• Provide product details, pricing, and availability using catalogs.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and handle complaints or returns with a positive attitude.
• Promote and sell additional products, including overstocked, damaged, or discontinued items.
• Keep the counter and merchandising areas clean and well-stocked.
• Assist with inventory counts and manage inventory levels.
• Make outbound sales calls and participate in promotions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Use computerized systems to process orders and maintain inventory.
• Safely operate a forklift and maintain facility cleanliness and security.
• Attend product training and maintain professional appearance.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Must have prior HVAC knowledge

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $16 - $18 per hour, based on experience
