Objective: The Warehouse Manager will increase company profitability and customer satisfaction by overseeing warehouse operations in a safe, secure, efficient and cost-effective manner that complies with company policy and OSHA, DOT and other applicable regulations.
 
Job Duties: 
·         Lead, manage, and supervise warehouse and delivery associates to ensure safe and efficient operation of all warehouse functions
·         Attentively check incoming material into warehouse for accuracy, check materials into computer system (Solar Eclipse), oversee stocking of material that has arrived into the warehouse
·         Continually improve warehouse performance in the areas of efficiency, productivity, daily workflow, inventory handling & control, and quality assurance
·         Oversee warehouse operations to ensure that the correct product arrives at the right place, at the right time, in a professional and efficient manner
·         Instill a mindset of customer focus among subordinates
·         Direct staff actions to best match labor supply with operational requirements
·         Oversee an aggressive and thorough cycle counting program
·         Develop and analyze reports and develop new policies, procedures, and methods that improve operational efficiency
·         Supervise and schedule maintenance of company delivery vehicles and equipment; maintain a preventive maintenance program to keep equipment in good working order
·         Maintain the security and appearance of warehouse and grounds
·         Other duties as assigned
