We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CRO Manager who specializes in optimizing digital sales funnels, enhancing web-based order processes, and improving online sales forms to deliver exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities:
- Own the performance of our digital sales forms and be accountable for their optimization and conversion rates.
- Analyze and enhance the user experience, ensuring a smooth and effective journey through the sales funnel.
- Optimize the performance of online sales forms through A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and iterative improvements.
- Conduct multivariate testing, monitor and analyze results, and adjust strategies to improve sales flow conversion rates.
- Lead efforts to capture learnings from sales funnels, surveys, and research to uncover insights for continuous improvement.
- Oversee and refine the UX/UI of digital sales forms and user flows.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing for sales funnel enhancements.
- Set KPI goals, prepare regular performance reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities for differentiation and improve sales form performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align form optimization with broader business objectives.
- Gradually develop and enhance the digital sales process, with the potential to evolve into a more robust e-commerce strategy.
- Lead regular performance updates with key stakeholders and executives, up to and including the CEO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated organizational and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to perform multiple roles as the digital sales team grows/matures.
- Ability to think like an owner and offer solutions.
- 7+ years of digital and eCommerce experience with proven results.
- 3+ years of experience as a manager preferred.
- Experience in optimizing sales funnels and online forms, including A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
- Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Microsoft Office programs).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a dedication to providing an excellent digital user experience.
- Ability to handle pressure, exercise good judgment in ambiguous situations, and be flexible/adaptable.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus and receives additional compensation.
