Responsibilities:

  • Own our digital acquisition product's overarching performance and be accountable for its P&L.
  • Responsible for improving the user experience, increasing the performance of converting users to leads, and nurturing leads to become clients.
  • Responsible for partnering with marketing to develop advertising and marketing strategies that meet performance and ROAS objectives.
  • Responsible for partnering with in-house sales and 3rd party sales partners to convert leads at a high level.
  • Responsible for leading efforts to capture learnings in the product and during the sales funnel, and various surveys and research for insights that will be used to improve performance throughout.
  • Manage/oversee UX for sales funnel initiatives.
  • Conduct A/B or multivariate testing, monitor and analyze results, and optimize sales flows accordingly.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing for all sales flow enhancements.
  • Set KPI goals, prepare regular reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities for differentiation and stay informed about the latest mobile and digital trends, applying them to enhance web order processes.
  • Collaborate with various partners to form partnerships that can add value to product users and add additional and alternative services through the product.
  • Work on long-term initiatives to gradually enhance the digital sales process, which may eventually evolve toward a more robust e-commerce strategy.
  • Lead regular performance updates with key stakeholders and executives, up to and including the CEO.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Willingness to perform multiple roles as the digital sales team grows/matures.
  • Ability to think like an owner and offer solutions.
  • 7+ years of digital and eCommerce experience with proven results.
  • 3+ years of experience as a manager preferred.
  • Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Microsoft Office programs).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a dedication to providing an excellent digital user experience.
  • Ability to handle pressure, exercise good judgment in ambiguous situations, and be flexible/adaptable.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus and receives additional compensation.
