As a Settlement Success Specialist, you will work with our clients when they experience a hardship to keep their settlements in progress when something has gone wrong. Successful Settlement Success Specialists can effectively prioritize, manage, and execute a high volume of work and call volume to resolve accounts efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Research and resolve issues that put our clients’ settlements at risk
• Talk to clients regarding their hardship and how it affects their program
• Identify solutions for our clients to help them achieve success
• Meet and maintain production and quality standards as set by the department
• Communicate issues and trends as they occur to department management

Key Characteristics:

• Superior analytical judgment and problem-solving demeanor
• Strong sense of urgency
• Extraordinary attention to detail
• Proven ability in working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Exceptionally process oriented

Requirements:

• 2+ years financial experience, or relevant educational background
• Intermediate math and computer skills – Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word
• High school diploma or equivalent
