Bilingual Take Out Loan Advisor
Description
The Bilingual Take-Out Loan Advisor will be responsible for introducing our existing English- and Spanish-speaking clients to opportunities that help them accelerate their debt through a Settlement Consolidation Loan.
We are partnering with LendingUSA, a trusted and licensed consolidation loan provider, to help clients achieve faster debt relief and long-term financial freedom.
The advisor will handle:
- Inbound calls from clients enrolled with CreditAssociates, American Debt Relief, and Worden & Associates.
- Internal transfers and third-party vendor lead transfer, focused on increasing application and conversion rates with LendingUSA.
- Outbound calls to new eligible clients and to those progressing through the loan process, ensuring all client debts are settled with their LendingUSA deposit.
- Maintain clear and professional chat communication with the LendingUSA Loan Coordinator to ensure smooth application and funding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and position the benefits of the LendingUSA loan effectively, using scripts tailored to the client’s LendingUSA status.
- Guide clients to refocus on their original goal of becoming debt-free and achieving financial stability.
- Reinforce how debt consolidation can help clients improve their credit over time and achieve broader life goals.

- $42,000 to $48,000 base plus monthly bonuses totaling up to $24,000 annually

Qualifications:
- Must be comfortable and very skilled with overcoming objections, selling program benefits, problem solving and emotional resolution.

- 1+ year of account management, retention or sales required.
- Experience in fast paced call center environment preferred
- Financial services related experience a plus, not required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus and receives additional compensation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations skills required, Experience using Salesforce and Vonage preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required, Bachelor’s degree a plus.
