About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead our outbound sales development representatives and two BPO partners. This role blends team leadership, performance optimization, and modern contact strategy, including AI‑driven enhancements, automation, and data‑powered improvements.

What You’ll Do:
Lead & Develop Teams
- Lead SDRs and team leads to hit performance goals.
- Build a high‑performance, accountable culture.
- Provide hands‑on coaching, feedback, and development plans.
Drive Performance
- Own KPIs across dials, contact rate, qualified transfers, conversions, and revenue.
- Analyze trends, optimize processes, and run A/B tests.
- Report performance and insights to senior leadership.
Manage BPO Partnerships
- Oversee two BPO teams and ensure alignment with training, compliance, and quality standards.
- Manage SLAs, scorecards, and performance reviews.
Optimize Contact Strategy
- Partner with Digital Experience, Analytics, and Technology to improve call cadence, lead prioritization, nurture flows, and automation.
- Support AI agent integrations to boost efficiency and contact success.
- Enhance phone, SMS, and email outreach strategies.
Collaborate Cross‑Functionally
- Work with Marketing and Digital Experience to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Provide the outbound team’s voice in strategic planning and technology initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years leading outbound or inside sales teams (financial services or debt settlement preferred).
- Experience managing BPO partners.
- Strong understanding of CRM, dialers, routing, SMS/email tools (Salesforce a plus).
- Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
