What You Will Be Doing:
As a Senior Software Development Engineer (SDET), you will help ensure the satisfaction of our users by demonstrating that existing and new products meet the highest standards of security, reliability, performance, and user-friendliness.  Your job duties will encompass writing automated test cases against APIs, writing automated test cases for user facing functionality, maintaining and enhancing the test automation framework, and optimizing test automation throughout the continuous integration pipeline.
Day In The Life:
  • Maintaining and enhancing the test automation framework
  • Writing automated test cases for APIs and user facing functionality
  • Working closely with Engineering and Product to ensure acceptance criteria is met for new feature development
  • Working closely with feature teams to create successful test automation pipelines
  • Working closely with stakeholders to enhance automation infrastructure

Who You Are:
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ professional software development experience with Java, C#, or other object-oriented programming languages
  • 5+ years’ experience writing automated tests and building test framework
  • Familiar with continuous integration and deployment concepts
  • Demonstrated professional experience with productivity tools such as GitHub, Jira, and  Confluence
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to complete multiple tasks under tight and competing schedules
  • Strong technical and analytical skills; ability to understand complex systems and design tests around integration and interface points
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams and help mentor and guide more junior staff
  • Practical experience with data repositories, primary relational and document databases

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience administering virtual infrastructure in vSphere or hosted cloud (AWS/Azure) environment
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and processes
  • Stress and load testing of multi-tier applications
  • Front end web development experience

 

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $128,000/year. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance in addition to a full range of benefits. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and the candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.
