What You Will Be Doing:   
   
We are recruiting for a Partner Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Conversion marketing and will be focused on partner recruitment and enablement for growth. You will collaborate with product, sales, and marketing to identify and recruit potential marketplace, referral, or affiliate marketing partners to drive new revenue to us through eCommerce. These partners will be a force multiplier for our marketing efforts - driving potential new customers to our website. You will work with peers across the company to ensure those partners are set-up to succeed.
   
Day In The Life:   
  • Create Plans - Lay out the goals and tactics you must pursue for eCommerce marketing partnerships to drive our business forward.
  • eCommerce Marketing Partner Recruitment and Management - Recruit and manage partnerships designed to help extend our reach through eCommerce, working collaboratively with the sales and product teams as needed. Examples may include online marketplaces and affiliate partners with B2C and SMB target markets.
  • Partner Enablement - Coordinate with product marketing to generate partner-specific content to support eCommerce partners with the goal of improving overall partner engagement and effectiveness.
  • B2C and Small B2B Market Revenue Responsibility – Work collaboratively with growth, conversion, and retention marketing as well as technical support to proactively gain net new subscribers for our industry-leading backup and recovery SaaS, while maintaining excellent lifetime value, satisfaction, and efficiency metrics.
  • Mid- and Large-Enterprise B2B Revenue Enablement – Ensure that the eCommerce experience feeds our Direct and Channel sales teams with qualified opportunities to acquire new logos and expand existing customers including MSPs.
Who You Are:   
   
Required Qualifications:   
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Technology and/or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience working in a partner marketing or business development role with responsibility for key performance metrics related to onboarding or enabling partners
  • Demonstrated understanding of how referral or affiliate or referral programs work in eCommerce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and an outcome-driven mindset
  • A passion for and general understanding of the value of backup and recovery or cybersecurity
  • Previous experience managing interdepartmental projects
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of time / year
Preferred Qualifications:   
  • Experience working in a SaaS and/or in high growth startup environment

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000/year. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance in addition to a full range of benefits. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and the candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law.
