- Primary relationship responsibility with Northern Trust (custodian)
- Management of transactions and operational controls
- Operational Due Diligence (ODD) review
- Budget and expense control
- Support Investments Group during audits and reviews
- Assist with compliance function
- Assist in the quarterly preparation of materials for Board of Trustees meetings
- Prepare Quarterly Portfolio Asset Summary (PAS)
- Assist with production of Defined Contribution plan information
- Other reporting requirements
- Effective performance of the essential functions of this position requires regular in-person, on-site interaction with colleagues, both for purposes of relationship building and meaningful collaboration.
- Intermediate computer skills
- Intermediate – advanced Excel
- Understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Knowledge of process controls
- Demonstrate an interest and ability to learn new programs and investment systems
- Focus on accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
- B.S. or B.A. required, in finance or accounting preferred
- 10+ years of financial services experience preferred
- CPA a plus
- Minimal occasional travel could be required. Travel conditions may vary
