- Lead annual companywide merit and bonus process to include communication, incorporating input and processing final recommendations
- Maintains job descriptions for each position in the organization; ensures descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbents.
- Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence
- Manage and set company salary ranges to ensure market competitiveness to attract and retain talent.
- Manage HRIS transactions and maintain HR dashboard, including monthly and annual reporting and metrics
- Maintain employee personnel files
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations, I-9 verifications, benefits overviews and other onboarding activities
- Manage onsite interviews and assist the Talent Acquisition team with projects and processes to reinforce a positive candidate and new hire experience
- Implement and execute employee engagement programs/practices that create a positive organizational culture and enable management effectiveness
- Work with business leaders to determine the appropriate action plans in response to employee engagement survey results
- Manage all content on HR Intranet site
- Coordinate new hire/termination/leave of absence communications internally.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and managers on workplace concerns and HR policies.
- Address and resolve employee conflicts or grievances while promoting a positive work environment.
- Make recommendations for change in policies and practices as appropriate
- Support and promote Health and Wellness initiatives
- Assist employees with benefits and leave of absence inquiries

Education Required: | Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field/ |
Experience Required: | Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Generalist role. Prior exposure to HR compensation practices required. |
Skills and Abilities: | Knowledge of human resource laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Strong attention to detail and a self-starter Demonstrated Project and Process Management skills |
Specialized or Technical Knowledge Licenses, Certifications needed: | Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel) Certifications, such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred. |
Company/Industry Related Knowledge: | Pharmaceutical industry knowledge is a plus |
