Cosette is headquartered in Bridgewater, NJ with 2 additional locations in the U.S. The South Plainfield, NJ office consists of an R&D Laboratory and other functional areas. The Lincolnton, NC site is a fully functioning, state of the art, manufacturing facility.

- Validate and Process Commercial Rebate and Admin Fee Claims in Vistex.
- Identify root cause issues and coordinate corrections with contracting and Vistex master data teams.
- Support implementation and maintenance of rebate agreements and test new contracts and updates.
- Generate reporting for Rebate volumes, Claim trends, Dispute trends, Accrual-to-payment tracking.
- Maintain documentation for audit readiness such as Process narratives, Control logs etc.
- Validate and Processes quarterly Medicaid invoices in Vistex to include retrieving e-invoices or scanning mail invoices, loading invoices in Vistex, identifying and resolving disputes with Medicaid state representatives, submitting invoices for payment, and creating payment packages with another team member.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve all source system data issues identified in the data reconciliation and validation process prior to calculations being processed.
- Maintains appropriate written and electronic documentation consistent with approved policy and various state and federal requirements.
- Work on special projects as they arise.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Accounting from an accredited college or university is required.
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical rebate and Medicaid rebate operations is required.
- Strong Excel and Word skills are required,
- Vistex and SAP ERP experience is required.
- Organized and very attentive to detail with a high degree of accuracy to ensure compliance with timelines, internal policies, laws and regulations.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- A self-starter with ability to work independently to manage multiple tasks, priorities and timelines.
- Ability to successfully interact with upper management and external government contacts.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills as job responsibilities include communicating with various levels of management within and outside of the company.
- Additional responsibilities may be assessed as appropriate.
The expected base salary for this Bridgewater, NJ based position is $80,000 -$110,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee on the payment date.

This role will follow a hybrid work schedule, requiring three (3) onsite days per week at our Bridgewater, NJ office.
