Job Overview
Coretelligent is looking for an Account-Based Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team and play a critical role in driving Coretelligent’s account-based engagement strategy. We want to hear from you if you’re a motivated self-starter with 2-4 years of account-based marketing experience, a knack for problem-solving, and an entrepreneurial mindset. In this role, you’ll create and execute hyper-targeted ABM programs that engage high-value accounts, align closely with sales, and drive measurable pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute 1:1, 1: few, and 1: many ABM programs to engage tiered accounts.
- Collaborate with sales, leadership, and content teams to align account priorities, messaging, and outreach strategies.
- Use intent data, signals, and behavioral insights to refine targeting and prioritize high-value accounts.
- Partner with the content team to create tailored messaging, assets, and offers for targeted accounts.
- Ensure all campaigns are visually and verbally aligned with Coretelligent’s brand by collaborating with creative resources.
- Manage ABM workflows in Pardot and Demandbase to execute campaigns effectively.
- Set up and optimize email campaigns, nurture flows, and multi-channel outreach efforts.
- Leverage retargeting, display ads, and direct mail as part of integrated ABM campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, measuring engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI.
- Refine strategies based on data-driven insights and campaign outcomes.
- Report on key metrics to demonstrate ABM effectiveness to internal stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between marketing and sales to ensure alignment and successful execution of ABM programs.
- Experiment, test new ideas, and iterate based on successes and lessons learned.
- Stay current with ABM trends, tools, and best practices to keep Coretelligent at the forefront of innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-4 years in account-based marketing or a related field, with a strong desire to deepen expertise in ABM. Experience in the Managed Service Provider is a huge plus.
- Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to develop and execute dynamic plans.
- Strong project management, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools, preferably Salesforce and Pardot.
- Hands-on experience with ABM tools, preferably Demandbase.
- Solid understanding of account segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly present ideas and campaigns to internal and external stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to build, experiment, fail, learn, and iterate.
- Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- ABM DemandBase Certification
Salary Range for this position (depending upon experience): $100K-$120K
This range reflects the minimum and maximum targets for new hires across all US locations (with the exception of MA, NY, and CA). Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, work location, and relevant education or training.
