About the Position

Coretelligent has an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to work in a growing, exciting and dynamic team-oriented environment, providing an opportunity to join the organization at a pinnacle time.  The Project Manager is responsible for managing on-going, full life-cycle client projects and acting as a liaison between our Clients and Engineering team.  The essential functions of this position are to plan, direct, and coordinate all activities to ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.  This role encompasses both technical expertise as well as solid business acumen and is an integral part of the success of our business. 


  • Maintain a constant line of communication between Clients and Engineers, including proactively notifying Client of status in relationship to budget
  • Assist Project Engineers with scheduling logistics and travel procurement
  • Act as point of escalation for any project related issues
    • Escalate within the organization as necessary
  • Ability to manage 3rd party vendors, partners, and outside contractors (HVAC, tel/data, general contractors, etc.)

Skills & Qualifications

  • Project management experience in an IT environment (approx. 2-5 years)
  • Solution/consultative/technology (server, desktop, network) experience
  • Proficient with MS Office suite
  • Accustomed to supporting C- Level executive clientele
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), strong ability to develop professional rapport
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail as well as big picture view
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Self-starter, motivated by the opportunity to advance professionally and self-develop personally
