Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Logistics Specialist to support our Maine office, to join our Procurement team at Coretelligent. The Logistics Specialist will play a key role in managing the logistics and supply chain activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping and receiving, boxing and unboxing of equipment, excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the transportation and delivery of goods and services.
  • Work closely with vendors, carriers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and optimal shipping methods.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock levels and locations.
  • Develop and implement logistics processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly.
  • Perform inventory audits once monthly to ensure accurate data.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SNOW is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

 

 

 

Salary Range for this position (depending upon experience): 

$45,000 - $55,000

 

This range reflects the minimum and maximum targets for new hires across all US locations (with the exception of MA, NY, and CA). Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, work location, and relevant education or training.
