Job Overview

Coretelligent’s Internal Support engineers utilize strong customer service skills to provide onsite and remote technical support to our dynamic employee base, including executives. This role will be based in our Needham, MA office reporting to the VP of Platforms.  While this role does allow for work-from-home, you should expect to be in our Needham office at least 2-3 days per week, or otherwise as needed. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate via phone, email, instant message, and the ticketing system (ServiceNOW) with employees to resolve technical issues and close tickets
  • Utilize strong knowledge of Windows desktop troubleshooting to assist employees with connectivity, printing, customization, user profile and applications
  • Provide strong Microsoft Office and Mobile Device troubleshooting to resolve issues
  • Manage hardware deployment lifecycle using various imaging and mobile device management technologies (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, CyberArk Identity, etc.)
  • Ensure proper on and off-boarding of staff by maintaining user accounts in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other platforms.  This includes creation, removal, changes, password resets, and bulk operations
  • Utilize basic knowledge of networking technologies to provide support and resolve issues, including DHCP, DNS, and VPN and Wi-Fi connectivity
  • Regularly create and maintain documentation
  • Assist in after-hours support emergencies and scheduled maintenance activities as may be required.  This position may be required to participate in an on-call rotation.
  • Accurately, regularly, and effectively record time

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years related work experience (including internships)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be customer focused and able/willing to provide “white glove” service
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Detail oriented, with the ability to follow and adhere to defined process
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and work in a fast past environment while producing high quality results
  • Passionate about technology

 

Preferred Skills:

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Certifications (for example, CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, etc.) preferred but not required

 

Salary Range for this position (depending upon experience):

$74,000 - $83,000

 

This range reflects the minimum and maximum targets for new hires across all US locations (with the exception of MA, NY, and CA). Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, work location, and relevant education or training.
