Practice Coordinator
Description
The CHS Medical Group Practice Coordinator plays a crucial role in a healthcare team by performing administrative tasks to support physicians and other clinical professionals, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient care.

Position Description:
- Schedule patient appointments and document appointments in all scheduling platforms.
- Provide exceptional customer service when answering phones and responding to patient inquiries.
- Document all patient calls appropriately in patient outreach platforms.
- Manage patient records.
- Work with the revenue cycle team to hand off billing and coding for insurance purposes.
- Assist with medical inventory and supply orders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scheduler or other customer- facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and medical software.
- Attention to detail.
- Compassionate patient care.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to collaborate and work well with a virtual and in person team.
- Bilingual, Spanish.
