Description
COPE Health Solutions is seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive, in-office primary care services to patients in Fresno, California.
This role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care visits, and population health initiatives within a collaborative clinical environment. The provider will work closely with interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and improve health outcomes across the community.
