Provide administrative and organizational support to the Customer Service Team through recruitment efforts in locating and onboarding of site technicians.  Duties include general clerical, coordination of subcontractor information, to include all direct communication with subcontractors, and special departmental projects. 

Essential Functions

  • Research and identify potential site technicians and recruit them for future business.  Assess subcontractors’ information and data for accuracy, enter the information into the company’s systems and keep the subcontractor’ information current and up to date in the company’s data base.  Meet or exceed minimum required KPI standards for the job.
  • Communicate and or negotiate with existing subcontractors’ as well as new subcontractors to obtain and manage subcontractor information necessary for the company to be fully compliant. 
  • Resolve any Subcontractor non-compliance issues with regards to policy, procedures, and performance.
  • Maintain and update Subcontractor internal database mapping and software.
  • Other relative duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar position

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
  • Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 50 wpm. This is normally acquired through one to three years of clerical experience.

Work Environment  

This job operates primarily in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May occasionally require driving to project sites.
