The Enterprise Solutions Manager is a sales and business development role managing an assigned list of existing enterprise size clients and driving growth within those assigned accounts while also hunting and prospecting to identify and acquire new enterprise clients. The position will work closely with the VP of Professional Services to exceed assigned consulting & professional services revenue targets. The position will also work closely with the Atlassian field sales ecosystem to develop trusted relationships and deliver high value consulting, professional and managed services solutions to enterprise clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • New business development focused on growing professional services sales and managed platform sales to large enterprise organizations.
  • Understand large enterprise company business models and priorities.
  • Utilize strategic consultative selling and negotiating practices to close large deals.
  • Partner with VP of Professional Services to exceed assigned revenue targets, develop strategies to engage enterprise clients, and position Contegix solutions.
  • Thoroughly understand the Contegix Solutions Portfolio and how to position our valued solutions to meet enterprise client needs.
  • Develop deep understanding of Atlassian products and services on how they integrate and improve other products, meet needs of the customer, and how Atlassian products and services can create a competitive advantage for our client’s business.
  • Work closely with Atlassian Enterprise Advocates to position Contegix as a trusted partner to serve their client needs.
  • Develop growth opportunities with existing assigned accounts. Grow existing Enterprise accounts to become Strategic accounts (Farming/cultivating sales with existing).
  • Prospecting and identifying Ideal Customer Profile targets in Enterprise segment.
  • Create Statement of Works (SOWs) for Services Proposals.
  • Create PowerPoint proposals for customer consumption.
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships.
  • Coordinate and provide demonstrations of product tools and services.
  • Successfully qualify and close new logo business in the enterprise segment.
  • Communicate effectively with cross functional team members to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Create opportunities – target and connect with prospects and clients, explore needs, and qualify opportunities. Load opportunities into the CRM pipeline tool and update status throughout lifecycle of the opportunity.
  • Manage opportunities – allocate resources to qualified opportunities to provide advice and propose options. Manage the sales process through closing.
  • Prepare and communicate weekly sales forecasts.
  • Communicate account status regularly and escalate business concerns to Senior Leadership Team regularly. Escalate service and technical issues to Operations Leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting/professional services and/or enterprise software sales is required.
  • Post secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset.
  • Must be effective working in a consultative sales methodology that provides business value to client.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of selling Atlassian products and services.
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle a variety of customer situations- i.e., demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Must be able to recognize and recommend solutions to various challenges and technical situations.
  • Continual attention to detail and documentation and tracking in the CRM tool.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and be responsive to clients and team members.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

 

Key Position Details:

  • Travel is required:
  • Approximately 1-6 conferences and large engagements per year (estimated 2-4 days per).
